Shopping Cart Help

To purchase a product:
- When shopping (thechoochoostore.com) some selected merchandise items are displayed on the Item Detail page with BOGO discounts. For customers new to BOGO discounts, BOGO is short for "Buy-One-Get-One". BOGO discounts is another way Choo Choo Store customers can take advantage of additional savings when purchasing two or more of the identical item. See examples below for more information.

In-Store Merchandise Pickup - After entering your postal code, the carrier selection pull-down menu will appear. When selecting your shipping method, select on the pull-down menu “Custom”. Immediately after selecting the “Custom” option, to the right of the carrier selection drop-down menu you will see “In-Store Pickup”. Also notice that there is no shipping charge listed in your shopping cart totals.
- Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent and the product(s) shipped to the designated address.
BOGO Discount Examples
Example 1: Shows that if a customer buys two items at the regular price the customer can purchase the third item at 25% off. In the example below all three items must be of the same item number.
Example 2: Shows that if a customer buys one item at the regular price the customer can purchase the second item at 25% off. In the example below both items must be of the same item number.
