Shipping

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed. We try to ship most orders on the same day that we receive them. Orders packed on Saturday or late Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Charges are based on UPS and Fedex website posted rates. Some items may not be heavy but will require an oversize charge (if package dimension exceeds 30 inches). We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.

 

Our shipping charges are determined by size and total weight of your order. We do not ship to International locations outside the continental United States.

 

Hazardous materials

 

We are not permitted to ship alcohol based-paints, solvents, resins, paint removers and batteries via priority or rush delivery; nor can they be shipped outside of the United States.  These items are considered flammable products defined by USPS and UPS shipping regulations.  If you order these products to be shipped via USPS or UPS priority or rush delivery, our Customer Support Department will contact you to credit you or suggest alternative shipping options for the items.

 

Toy Propellants

 

We are not permitted to ship toy propellant devices such as “model rocket motors” or "igniters". A device that is assigned identification number NA0323 or UN0454 and classed as a Division 1.4S explosive via priority or rush delivery; nor can they be shipped outside of the United States.  If you order these products to be shipped via USPS or UPS priority or rush delivery, our Customer Support Department will contact you to credit you. Toy propellants are eligible for mailing in domestic mail via surface (ground) transportation only.

 

Lost Boxes

 

If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier.
   

In-store Merchandise Pickup

For our customers that live in the Three Lakes or surrounding areas we offer the convenience of in-store merchandise pickup.  If you’re a customer that frequently visits the Three Lakes area you also can make your purchases from our web site (thechoochoostore.com) and pick up your merchandise the next time your in the area.
